1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you contact us via email at [email protected] or through a form on this website, we collect what you send. What that is depends on the form:

• A quote or contact request: your name, company, email address, phone number and the message itself.
• A job application: your name, email address, mobile number, the country you are in, and the CV file you attach.
• A sales application: the same details, plus the sales plan file you attach and the answers you write in the form.
• A contact card at a presentation: your name, email address, job title, company and any note you add. Those details are collected for the person presenting to you, and they are the ones who follow up.

We do not sell or rent any of this to third parties under any circumstances.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit daldom.com, standard server log data is recorded: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and the date and time of the visit. When you send a form, your IP address and browser string are stored on the same record as the rest of that form, and so are the city, region and country worked out from that address by a third-party lookup. That data is therefore linked to what you sent us. We use it for security, to stop abuse, and to know where an enquiry came from.

1.3 Cookies

This website uses first-party cookies only, and only for things it cannot do without: one that keeps you signed in if you have a portal or admin account, and one that remembers your answer to the cookie banner. We use no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no cross-site behavioural cookies, and no analytics product of any kind. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, though this may affect the functionality of certain site features.

The contact form on the home page, the quote form, the job application form and the sales application form load an anti-abuse check from Cloudflare. That check is a third party, it runs only on those four forms, and it sets its own storage in your browser to tell a person from a script.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To respond to enquiries, partnership requests, and inbound communications
• To maintain the security and integrity of this website
• To understand aggregate traffic patterns and improve the site's content and performance
• To comply with applicable legal obligations under Saudi law and international best practices
• To run the accounts on this website: the client portal, and the deck app

We do not use your information for automated profiling, behavioural targeting, or any form of AI-based decision-making that affects your rights.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable under data protection law, our legal basis for processing your personal information is one of the following:

• Consent: Where you have explicitly provided information to contact us
• Legitimate interests: For website security, fraud prevention, and improving our services, provided those interests do not override your fundamental rights
• Legal obligation: Where processing is required by applicable Saudi law or regulation

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Dal Dom does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We use a small number of providers to run the site, and each sees only what its job needs: an email provider that delivers the emails we send, including anything written in a form; an IP address lookup service that turns an address into a city; and Cloudflare, whose anti-abuse check runs on the two application forms. They access data only as needed to provide services to us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or other applicable jurisdiction.
• Corporate transactions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected individuals prior to any such transfer where reasonably practicable.
• Fonts: Every page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google receives the IP address and browser of anyone who opens a page on daldom.com. Nothing you type into a form reaches them.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or as required by applicable law. Inbound enquiry data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of last communication, after which the record and any file you sent with it are deleted automatically. Server log data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. Replies we sent you are kept as our own business correspondence, so a copy of the exchange can survive in what we sent even after your enquiry itself is gone.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. This includes encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews of our hosting infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request access to personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your personal data where no overriding legitimate grounds exist for its retention
• Object to or restrict certain types of processing
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is consent-based

If you have a deck app account you do not need to ask us. You can delete it yourself, together with every deck, every slide and every contact it holds, from the deletion page. The app does the same from its settings screen. Either way it cannot be undone.

8. International Transfers

This website is operated from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you access it from outside Saudi Arabia, your information may be transferred to and processed in Saudi Arabia or in the jurisdiction where our hosting infrastructure is located. By using this site, you acknowledge and accept this transfer.

9. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently received information from a minor, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

10. Links to Portfolio Products

This website contains links to our portfolio products (Maktabi, Wudd, ProcureIn, Brotions, SATE, SATE for Laravel, FleetCheeta). Each of those products is a separate service with its own independent privacy policy. Dal Dom is not responsible for the privacy practices of its portfolio companies once you leave daldom.com. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of each product before providing personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or operational circumstances. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of this website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
