Delete your account

You do not need the app to do this.

This deletes your Dal Dom deck app account. You do not need the app installed and you do not need to sign in. Enter the email address on the account and we send you a link that finishes it.

Nothing is deleted when you enter your address, and nothing is deleted when the email arrives. It happens when you open the link and press the button.

What deletion removes

All of it, in one go:

  • Your account, your name, your company and the wording you set for the emails your audience receives.
  • Every deck you uploaded.
  • Every slide image made from those decks, including the ones you drew on.
  • Every contact who left their details at your presentations.
  • Everyone you sent a deck to by email, and every record of them opening it.
  • Everything the people in your rooms asked, voted and reacted, and the settings you chose for what they could do.

It cannot be undone. If you want the contact details, export them from the app before you start. A deck goes on its own anyway, 30 days after upload unless you chose a different length, so if waiting is enough, do nothing and it will go.

The link works once, and only for 30 minutes.
