These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at daldom.com, which is operated by Dal Dom Group for Business Services, registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
These Terms apply to the daldom.com website. Each portfolio product (Maktabi, Wudd, ProcureIn, Brotions, SATE, SATE for Laravel, FleetCheeta) is governed by its own separate terms of service published on that product's website.
Dal Dom also operates a deck sharing service on this domain: the Dal Dom deck app, and the short presentation links it creates, such as daldom.com/k7m. It is a service with accounts and uploads, so it has rules of its own. They are in the deck app terms, and what it stores is in the deck app privacy notice. Where those terms and these ones both speak to the deck app, the deck app terms are the ones that apply to it.
1. What This Website Is
Most of daldom.com is informational. It presents Dal Dom, its mission, and its portfolio of software products. Those products are sold and supported on their own websites, under their own terms, not here. No payment is taken on this website.
Two parts of this domain are not pages. The first is the deck app: anyone can open an account with an email address, upload a PDF or a PowerPoint file, and present it from a short link. The second is the client portal at daldom.com/portal, where a client and the people they name follow work we are doing for them. Portal accounts are created by us. There is no public sign-up for one.
So there are accounts on this website, and there is content that people upload to it. What you may upload to the deck app, who can open it, how long it lasts and what deleting your account removes are all set out in the deck app terms linked above. A deck is kept for as long as its owner chooses, from 7 to 365 days after upload, and 30 days unless they change it, and you can delete a deck app account at any time, from inside the app or from daldom.com/decks-delete.
The forms on this website, such as a quote request, a job application or a contact card at a presentation, collect what you type into them along with your IP address and the location it resolves to. Our Privacy Policy sets out what is collected on each one and what we do with it.
2. Acceptable Use
By using this website, you agree that you will not:
- Use this website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law in Saudi Arabia or your home jurisdiction
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers, or any connected infrastructure
- Introduce viruses, malware, or any other malicious or technologically harmful material
- Conduct automated scraping, crawling, or harvesting of content beyond what is permitted for standard search engine indexing
- Use this website to transmit unsolicited commercial communications
- Impersonate Dal Dom, any of its portfolio companies, or their employees or representatives
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of this website

All content on this website, including but not limited to the Dal Dom name, logotype, diamond mark (◆), written content, design, layout, typography, imagery, and code, is the property of Dal Dom or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including those of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
You are permitted to view, read, and share links to this website for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on this website without the prior written permission of Dal Dom.
Product names and brands of Dal Dom's portfolio companies (Maktabi, Wudd, ProcureIn, Brotions, SATE, SATE for Laravel, FleetCheeta) are the property of their respective operating entities and are used here with permission for informational purposes.

This website contains links to Dal Dom's portfolio products and, where relevant, to third-party websites. These links are provided for informational convenience only. Dal Dom does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party or portfolio product website. Once you follow a link to another website, you are subject to that website's terms and privacy policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dal Dom disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability
